Absolutely! You will be working on real world projects and codebases of real products throughout the program. This will ensure you have an opportunity to use the knowledge you have acquired on real products! This is easily one of the best parts of Scripl’s program.

This is a 100% remote program. But we will find opportunities to safely meet face to face where possible.

NO, you don’t need to know any programming to apply. All you need is the willingness and the aptitude to learn how to code!

Yes. Once you finish the program and get a job, you will be required to pay back 10% of your monthly earned income to Scripl each month for the duration of the payment term, or until the payment cap is reached - whichever is earlier. This helps us continue this program for other deserving candidates.

Upon being selected to this program, we will train, mentor, and help you learn the latest technologies that are in demand and employers are looking for. In parallel, we work with our hiring partners and match you with jobs early in your training program. This ensures that you finish the program with a full-time offer and kickstart your tech career!

Scripl offers tech education to anybody that wants to break into this field and helps them to find a job in this space. While a degree is certainly an indicator of your past performance, it’s just one data point. We do not assess an individual’s capability solely on their college degrees. Our model at Scripl ensures that candidates are matched with our hiring partners even before you will complete your training. As early as 4 weeks into the program, you will start having conversations with our hiring partners and by the end of the program you should walk out with a job offer in your hand. Unlike other coding bootcamps, our job doesn't end until we find you a job that you like.

Yes, and there are no catches! If you are accepted into Scripl’s training program - you will receive a stipend of 16,000 INR every month for the entire duration of your training program. At Scripl, we optimize for student experience. We understand that for you to focus on the training completely and fully, you will need to be free of distractions, and the monthly stipend will come in very handy!

First, it is highly unlikely that you will finish without a job - as you will be mapped to a hiring partner even before you finish your program. But don’t worry - if for some reason you don’t find a job or are earning less than 5 lakh INR per year, you will not be required to pay anything to Scripl as per the ISA contract.

Scripl is designed to be an inclusive program. We don’t typically look at college degrees, financial standings etc. to decide whether or not to accept a candidate into the program. However, if you went to college and did well, that’s usually a good sign. Instead we evaluate candidates’ eligibility based on their aptitude, learning agility and passion to build products. The duration of Scripl’s training program can range between 6months to 9 months, depending upon the candidate’s current skill level, learning agility and technologies they are learning and working on.

The minimum starting salary that you can expect is 5 Lakhs INR per year .

We typically curate our training to match with the skills that are in demand and what companies are looking for as well as your personal interests. The program is structured so that you will spend 80% of your time learning technical skills and doing projects, and the remaining 20% of the time learning soft skills that will give you a smooth landing in your job as a techie. At Scripl, we offer focused training and mentorship that accelerates your learning and transforms you into an efficient and high-quality software developer that employers are looking for.

At this time, this program is for any Indian national that want to build a career in software and building technology products. You don’t necessarily need a college degree to be accepted into this program - all you need to demonstrate is a solid learning ability , an aptitude to apply those learnings to real world problems.
